Kan Ya Ma Kan Competition
The Kan Ya Ma Kan competition started its first season in 2019, and the participation varied between different age groups and the talents of boys and girls emerged.
The winners of the (first season) were honored at the book fair, where the honorees launched their distinctive stories and discussed with the audience the skills they acquired, and the moral and material incentives they felt that helped them to make their first fingerprints as promising authors on their way to excellence and creativity.
The stories of the winners were launched at the 2024 International Book Fair and the series of winning stories in the competition were published in the book (Kan Ya Ma Kan Stories Competition (Fourth Season), which brought together the works of the winning young talents and the talents of the illustrators to draw each story.
In order for Dar Katateeb to encourage the promising talents of our young and adolescent writers, the
Kan Ya Ma Kan Competition (Fifth Season) was launched.
